Job summary

Summit Business Group is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our outside sales team in Arizona. You will cultivate new relationships with local businesses, grow a book of business, and service clients in their time of need, meeting face-to-face with owners and decision-makers.

You'll work independently within your assigned territory, while collaborating with a supportive team. We offer classroom and on‑the‑job training, weekly draw pay, commissions, and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new relationships with local businesses within your territory.
• Grow a book of business and service clients in their time of need.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Set follow-up appointments and balance cold outreach with warm leads.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
• Collaborate with sales team and manager to review targets and quotas.
