Job summary

Summit Business Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to drive outside sales in a defined territory, engaging business owners with tailored supplemental insurance solutions.

You will manage your schedule, develop relationships, present products, and use Salesforce CRM to track leads, appointments and progress. We offer training, weekly pay with bonuses, and a caring team culture.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer-facing experience, preferably outside sales.
• Ability to conduct full training cycles, in-person and online.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Desire to assist and empower clients with genuine care.
• Health & Life general lines license or willingness to obtain within 90 days, with support.

Responsibilities

• Manage own assignment-based sales territory, meeting business owners and decision-makers.
• Present tailored insurance solutions and forge lasting client relationships.
• Call on new businesses, referrals and existing clients, balancing cold calls with warm leads.
• Maintain your book of business and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily; utilize Salesforce CRM.
