Job summary

True North Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to visit local businesses within a defined territory and assess their needs for supplemental insurance solutions. You will guide clients through product options, build trusted relationships, and drive revenue with flexible, self-managed schedules.

You’ll balance in-person meetings with strategic calls, maintaining records in Salesforce and pursuing renewals and referrals to grow the book of business. A licensing path is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years in a customer-facing role.
• Comfort with Salesforce or CRM tools.
• Coachable attitude and a drive to exceed goals.

Responsibilities
