Progressive Insurance is seeking a Territory Sales Representativ e to be the face of the company for independent agencies in Central and Eastern Washington. You will travel to meet agents in the territory, advocate for Progressive’s products, and tailor meetings to create opportunities for mutual growth.

This role includes a company vehicle, phone, laptop, and company credit card, with a starting bonus of $5,000.

Qualifications

• 6+ years outside business-to-business sales or territory management experience (or 3+ years if a Bachelor's degree).
• High School diploma/GED with 6+ years B2B sales/territory experience or 4+ years in Progressive Agency Distribution Inside Sales role.
• A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and attend training out of state.

Responsabilités

• Meet with agents in the assigned territory to influence and advocate for Progressive’s products and services.
• Manage the book of business and drive profitable growth within the territory by overcoming objections.
• Act as a trusted partner to understand agencies’ goals and align Progressive offerings to those goals.
