Job summary

Progressive seeks a territory sales representative to be the face of the company for independent agencies in Central and Eastern Washington. You will meet agents to influence utilization of Progressive products and manage a growing book of business.

Overnight travel is required within the territory (60-70%), plus occasional training trips. A company vehicle and required tools are provided, with a $5,000 starting bonus and a strong field-based sales track record preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years outside B2B sales or territory management experience.
• Or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years outside B2B sales/territory management experience.
• Or High School diploma with 4+ years in Progressive Agency Distribution Inside Sales.
• Or Bachelor's degree with 1+ year in Progressive Agency Distribution Inside Sales.
• Must comply with Progressive driving standards and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Meet with independent agencies in your territory to influence product usage.
• Manage and grow the book of business, driving profitable growth.
• Overcome objections and partner with agencies to align goals with Progressive products.
• Travel as needed to meet with agencies, attend training, and participate in conferences.
