Job summary

Progressive Insurance is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to be the face of the company with independent agencies in Western Pennsylvania. You will meet agents in your territory to influence utilization of Progressive products and services and tailor meetings to create win-win opportunities.

You will manage the book of business, overcome objections, and travel within the territory, with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Six-plus years of outside B2B sales or territory management experience (or equivalent).
• Alternate: bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of outside B2B sales or territory mgmt experience.
• Alternate: 4+ years in Progressive Agency Distribution Inside Sales role.
• Alternate: 1 year in Progressive Agency Distribution Inside Sales role with a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Meet with agents in your territory to influence utilization of Progressive products.
• Manage the quality of the book of business and overcome objections.
• Travel within the territory and attend training sessions as needed.
