Altitude Development Group seeks an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will drive growth by cold calling, presenting insurance solutions to business owners, and owning a local territory with support and training.

You’ll build relationships with decision-makers, manage a pipeline, and meet or exceed targets through proactive outreach and daily activity reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to manage a book of business and prospect new clients.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license if needed.

Responsibilities

• Call on local businesses and decision-makers in person.
• Present insurance solutions to owners and managers.
• Establish and manage a sales territory independently.
• Set appointments, follow up on leads, and track activity daily.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with manager support.
• Develop relationships with local business owners.
• Submit sales metrics and activity regularly.
• Balance cold outreach with warm leads and existing clients.
