Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to build a new book of business in a defined territory. You will meet business owners in person, qualify needs, and present supplemental insurance solutions with the goal of acquiring new clients and retaining them.

We provide comprehensive training and ongoing coaching; you will work with a motivated team, manage your own schedule, and earn weekly draw pay plus commissions, plus bonuses and incentives based on results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (state costs reimbursed).
• Outside sales or competitive experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a new book of business through in-person calls in the assigned territory.
• Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and clients.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio and retain accounts.
