Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business in a dedicated Texas territory. You will meet business owners in person, present supplemental insurance offerings, and drive new client acquisition with training provided.

You will use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, schedule meetings, and track activity while collaborating with a driven sales team to reach monthly targets and earn commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales or related field.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Experience with or willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales in your own territory to acquire new clients.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present products.
• Develop and nurture client relationships and build your own portfolio.
• Record sales activity and work toward monthly/quarterly targets.
