Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business in a dedicated Texas territory. The role focuses on in-person client acquisition, retention, and relationship-building with small and medium-sized businesses, supported by a collaborative team of supplemental insurance producers.

You will receive comprehensive training, meet business owners face-to-face, and work with a driven team to hit monthly and quarterly targets while expanding

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or business development is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Willingness to obtain/state license if required and complete training.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business in assigned territory.
• Make in-person sales calls to businesses for client acquisition and retention.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients and follow up on referrals.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships with owners and benefits managers.
• Utilize CRM to manage leads, opportunities, and pipeline.
