Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business in a dedicated territory. You will meet face-to-face with business owners to present supplemental insurance solutions and build relationships with decision-makers.

You will receive comprehensive Salesforce CRM training, meet weekly targets with a supportive team, and enjoy performance-based incentives, health benefits after 60 days, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Licensed Health & Life Insurance Producer or willingness to obtain (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales in your own territory to acquire and retain clients.
• Provide in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Schedule and attend meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Record sales activity and maintain client portfolio within CRM.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Adhere to weekly schedule and report activities to manager.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and leads.
