Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to develop a new book of business in a dedicated territory in Texas. You will conduct in-person visits with businesses, engage benefits managers, and present supplemental insurance products and services while collaborating with a dynamic sales team.

You will receive comprehensive training, meet with business owners and decision-makers, and work toward aggressive monthly and quarterly targets in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check is required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales in your own territory with a focus on new client acquisition and retention.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Schedule meetings, respond to inquiries, and build and manage your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets and manage your weekly schedule.

Education

Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience
