Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business in a fresh Texas territory. You will meet with business owners to discuss supplemental insurance products and service them through in-person visits.

You’ll train with a supportive team, set and meet weekly sales targets, and expand your professional network. The compensation includes draw pay, commissions, bonuses, and incentives with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years post-high school work experience
• Active driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willing to obtain)
• Pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business in your territory
• Travel to meet business owners and decision-makers
• Present supplemental insurance products and services
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients
• Visit new businesses and cultivate relationships with owners
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager
• Maintain and report daily activity and sales stats
