Job summary

Martignetti Companies in Pittsburgh is seeking a sales-focused professional to advance and secure beverage sales within a defined market. You will pursue new accounts, service existing ones, and work nights and weekends on promotional activities.

The role requires 2+ years in sales, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel. You will build displays, quote prices, and collaborate with teammates to meet revenue targets while representing a premier beverage distributor.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience/training/education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience, preferably in the beverage industry.
• Candidate must possess valid driver’s license and registration.
• Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the Company and ABC License, as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell the organization's products within an assigned geographic area to meet sales targets.
• Pursue sales leads, visit existing and new customers, assess needs and suggest products, prepare price quotes, delivery dates and service obligations.
• Develop sales skills and knowledge by working with a more experienced sales representative.
• May troubleshoot and handle customer inquiries.
• May be responsible for merchandising activities including stocking shelves, building displays.
• Work nights and weekends on promotional activities and other account tasks.
