Job summary

Summit Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative to drive B2B sales in the assigned territory. You will work independently, manage daily operations, and collaborate with the team to hit targets while earning commissions and bonuses based on sales performance.

Ideal candidates have proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment. Training and support are provided to build product knowledge and selling skills.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in sales or similar customer facing role.
• Experience in an outside sales position is a plus.
• Door to door sales or business to business experience preferred.
• Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
• Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
