Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative to travel within your Arizona territory, meeting business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products. You will build lasting relationships, manage your own schedule, and work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets with support from a driven team.

You should be self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable handling objections in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers in your territory to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need re-servicing.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Set your own schedule and submit hours weekly to your sales manager.
• Present to employee groups ranging from small to 100+ people.
