Alleviation Enterprise is expanding its sales team, offering immersive training blending online learning with hands-on mentorship in your designated territory. You will engage with business owners and employees to present high-quality supplemental insurance solutions tailored to their needs, from one-on-one consultations to group presentations, shaping your local market.

No prior sales experience is necessary; we will mold the right candidate and provide study course and licensing reimbursement

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to build genuine connections quickly.
• Resilience, goal-oriented with track record of exceeding sales or leadership expectations.
• Ability to work independently with excellent time management.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a structured sales program.
• Background in competitive sports, coaching, athletics, or leagues is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your client network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule and conduct meetings to assess client insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and reservice existing clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
