Qualifications

• Five years’ industrial sales experience or completion of McWane Sales Trainee program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Self-motivated and self-led.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships with distributors, engineers, and municipalities.
• Executes pricing strategy to ensure margins and returns on sales.
• Submits weekly reports highlighting market conditions.
• Documents customer interactions and opportunity management in the system.
• Informs and trains distributor salespeople on products and marketing information.
