Job summary

Xerxes is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Water Tanks to drive sales across a large US and Canadian territory. You will build a robust sales funnel, expand distributor networks, manage pricing and bids, and create new business opportunities with engineers, regulators, and municipalities.

You will travel up to 50% of the time and engage with contractors, design consultants, and developers while contributing to monthly forecasts.

Qualifications

• Must have a 3-year college diploma; university degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience; 5–7 years preferred.
• Engineering background (civil or mechanical) preferred.
• Solid technical background and proven sales track record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales and margin targets with an actively managed CRM funnel.
• Build and expand distribution networks; manage pricing and bid opportunities.
• Generate new specifications and business opportunities with engineers, regulators, municipalities, developers, and design consultants.
• Convert opportunities into projects and gain product approvals with agencies and engineers.
• Educate the engineering community through meetings, lunch-and-learns, and promotional activities.
• Develop and execute a territory growth plan and contribute to monthly sales forecasting.
