Job summary

Xerxes is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and margin in a key Central U.S. territory for water tanks. You will build a strong sales funnel, expand distribution networks, and lead pricing and bid opportunities to win new business.

You will collaborate with distributors, contractors, engineering firms, regulators, municipalities, developers, and design consultants across multiple states. Expect up to 50% travel as you grow specifications and business opportunities with

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales or a similar role is required, with 5–7 years preferred.
• A university degree is preferred; an engineering background is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust CRM sales funnel across a significant Central U.S. territory.
• Expand distribution networks and effectively manage pricing and bidding opportunities.
• Generate new specifications and business opportunities through engagement with engineering firms, regulators, municipalities, developers, and designers.
• Convert opportunities into projects and gain product approvals with agencies and engineers.
• Travel frequently within the territory to meet customers and promote Xerxes water tanks.
