Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC, the largest tile and natural stone manufacturer in the United States, is seeking a field sales professional in Tampa, FL. You will engage with customers, develop territory strategy, and drive conversions from prospects to active accounts.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant sales experience, with strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to travel 50–60% to serve customers and grow market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 4–6 years relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage and convert customer opportunities into active accounts.
• Develop sales strategy for assigned territory to meet sales goals.
• Actively seek new customers through weekly sales calls, including servicing existing customers and presenting company products to new customers.
• Develop new account conversion processes and transition plans to ensure successful transition to the field sales teams.
• Utilize understanding of products and initiatives to deliver customer value and gain sales.
• Manage pricing, product, logistics, and execution on all projects within the territory.
• Coordinate closely with other field sales representatives to drive sales.
• Travel as required to markets and customers (50–60%).
• Make process and business decisions based on company and customer knowledge.
