Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to grow dealer product sales, service existing Studio Direct Dealers, and help match customers with Dal-Tile offerings.

The role involves entering reports, driving product knowledge, and expanding Studio Direct partnerships across the assigned territory. A strong emphasis on relationships and merchandising is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, no prior experience needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain mobility.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Enter call reports in Salesforce and maintain call cadence.
• Service existing Studio Direct Dealers with sales calls and product knowledge.
• Prospect and register new Studio Direct Dealers.
• Assist dealers on residential projects with product selection and specs.
• Maintain Studio Direct samples and merchandising to position products.
• Present product knowledge seminars to Dealers during meetings.
• Review product usage and provide follow-up data to GSM.
• Build relationships with dealer customers and know marketing materials.
• Communicate merchandising trends and forecast needs to GSM.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
