ScottsMiracle-Gro is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Field Sales team in the assigned territory. You will develop relationships with major home-center partners like Home Depot and Lowe's, implement sales/marketing plans, manage a budget, and supervise Merchandisers to strengthen in-store presence.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in retail or account management, strong delegation, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail, merchandising, and/or account management.
• Strong delegation skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Experience using sales forecasting tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage Merchandisers' work plan, schedule, and feedback.
• Analyze metrics to educate retail partners on opportunities.
• Develop retail sales/marketing plans and events.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Merchandisers to grow the team and manage budget.
• Train on product knowledge across Scotts brands; guide retail execution.
