Heritage is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead a defined geographic territory, driving revenue growth and expanding market share across pool, spa, and landscape sectors. You will coach branch-level sales staff, cultivate high-value customer relationships, and partner with operations and marketing to deliver profitable growth.

The role requires strong product knowledge, strategic selling, and the ability to manage a large territory with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in distribution, wholesale, or a related field.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a territory or account management role.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors, dealers, and commercial customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory revenue growth by developing and executing a disciplined sales strategy across contractors, dealers, and commercial accounts.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the territory.
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts and act as a consultative partner to understand business needs.
