Job summary

Victaulic, headquartered in Easton, Pennsylvania, is hiring a Territory Sales Manager for the Oil & Gas sector in Williston, North Dakota. You will build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers and owners, driving growth across your local territory and coordinating with distributors.

You will travel as needed, present Victaulic’s grooved piping solutions, and work with a regional team to achieve sales goals while supporting project delivery from design through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience selling value-added products/services in commercial construction or mechanical products.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required by territory.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and lift up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic's full product line and understand how solutions help projects stay on time and budget.
• Master grooved mechanical pipe joining methods and overcome objections.
• Identify major construction or retrofit projects and stay current on market trends.
• Build relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and owners in the territory.
• Partner with Regional Sales Manager to develop a business plan and sales goals.
• Lead all phases of project pursuit from inception to commissioning and after-sale follow-up.
