Job summary

Victaulic in Dallas, TX is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across commercial construction markets. You will build relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and owners, travel to job sites, and present Victaulic solutions that add value and improve project outcomes.

You’ll learn the full product line, master grooved joining methods, develop a business plan with your Regional Sales Manager, and manage a balanced distributor network while delivering exceptional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
Previous sales experience in commercial construction or mechanical products.
Willingness to travel, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Learn Victaulic product line and value drivers.
Master grooved joining methods and counter objections.
Develop business plans with the Regional Sales Manager.
Build relationships with contractors, engineers and owners.
Coordinate with distributors and field staff to meet customer needs.
Deliver product demos, trainings, and lunch-and-learn sessions.
