Job summary

M&H Valve Company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover Ohio, West Virginia, and Michigan. This salaried role focuses on sales, marketing, and account management across the territory with strong product knowledge to support customers and distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with five years of industrial sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel for reporting and proposals.
• Willingness to travel up to ~75% and manage a distributor network.

Responsibilities

• Develops strong communication networks and builds relationships with distributors, engineers, and municipalities.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of distributors.
• Executes the Company’s pricing strategy for assigned accounts to ensure margins.
• Submits weekly market condition reports to management.
