Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands seeks a District Sales Manager to lead the New Mexico and western Texas territory, growing customer relationships and expanding market share with metal roofing and wall panel solutions.

3–5+ years in sales, strong communication and relationship-building, and willingness to travel up to 60% are required. Competitive base pay plus bonus and comprehensive benefits start day 1.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in building materials or related industries preferred.
• Experience with dealer/distribution channels is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the NM and western TX territory by expanding customer relationships and market share.
• Develop partnerships with distributors, dealers, and lumber yards.
• Drive sales growth by balancing current business with new opportunities.
• Promote metal roofing and wall panel products across markets.
• Conduct customer education and contractor training programs.
• Collaborate with operations, branches, estimating, and support teams.
• Provide responsive customer support in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers through ongoing product and system changes.
