Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead the New Mexico and western Texas territory, selling metal roofing and wall panel solutions to residential, agricultural, and commercial customers.

You will manage a ~$3M territory, build relationships with distributors and lumber yards, and drive growth through proactive prospecting, training, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong communication and field presence required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales experience in building materials or related fields.
• Experience with dealer/distribution channels preferred.
• Strong relationship-building with customer follow-up.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a territory with ~$3M in annual sales.
• Develop partnerships with distributors, dealers, and lumber yards.
• Drive sales growth through prospecting and new opportunities.
• Sell metal roofing, wall panels, trims and accessories across markets.
• Conduct customer education and contractor training programs.
• Collaborate with operations, leadership, estimating and support teams.
• Provide responsive support to high-volume customer interactions.
• Support brand integration across product implementations.
