Job summary

Laborie seeks an Associate Territory Manager to support the GI Sales team in Cleveland, OH. You will partner with the Sales team to shorten sales cycles, maximize revenue growth, and hit annual goals across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, training on clinical and product aspects, developing territory plans, building professional relationships, and coordinating CRM reporting to ensure customer success and ongoing training support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; additional years of directly related experience will be accepted.
• Strong problem-solving skills, results oriented approach, and demonstrated teamwork in group settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute team sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve annual sales goals.
• Demonstrate competency of clinical and sales aspects for all products through training platforms.
• Develop sales specific skills and territory management responsibilities, including business planning, pipeline management, and CRM reporting needs.
• Establish professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel.
• Conduct follow-up customer visits to ensure products are functioning properly and/or provide training support.
