Job summary

Laborie is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support the GI Sales team in Los Angeles. You will partner with the Sales team to shorten sales cycles for key accounts, maximize revenue growth, and achieve goals within the assigned territory.

The role includes leading sales activities, building relationships, and training customers on product usage. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional related experience may be accepted.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute team sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve annual sales goals.
• Demonstrate competency of clinical and sales aspects for all products through training platforms.
• Develop sales-specific skills and territory management responsibilities, including business planning, pipeline management, and CRM reporting needs.
• Establish professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel.
• Conduct follow-up customer visits to ensure products are functioning properly and/or provide training support.
