Job summary

Laborie Medical Technologies Corp in San Diego seeks an Associate Territory Manager to support the GI sales team. You will partner with the Sales team to shorten cycles, maximize revenue, and hit territory goals while building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, demonstrating product competency, managing business plans and pipelines, and providing training support to customers. B2B sales experience is preferred and relocation is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; additional years of related experience accepted.
• Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute team sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve annual sales goals.
• Demonstrate competency of clinical and sales aspects for all products through training platforms.
• Develop sales-specific skills and territory management responsibilities, including business planning, pipeline management, and CRM reporting needs.
• Establish professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel.
• Conduct follow-up customer visits to ensure products are functioning properly and/or provide training support.
