Laborie works to improve pelvic and gastrointestinal health by delivering advanced medical technologies. The Territory Manager will directly sell to offices, hospitals, and ambulatory surgical centers within a defined territory, aiming to exceed sales quotas and grow the customer base.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of medical device sales, with strong presentation and negotiation skills, plus the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of demonstrated successful medical device or related sales experience.
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities and persuade others.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Laborie products and services to offices, hospitals, and ambulatory surgical centers within a defined territory.
• Prepare action plans to identify specific sales prospects and achieve targets.
• Support and advise physicians on correct product use and address client concerns.
• Demonstrate our sales tools and materials to develop real prospects and meet targets.
• Present Laborie value propositions and solutions to drive account penetration.
