Job summary

Venus Concept, based in Ohio, seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive growth in the medical aesthetics device market. You will manage the territory, build pipelines, conduct product demos, and close contracts while collaborating with Inside Sales and Clinical Training.

The role requires 3–5 years of outside B2B sales, 1–3 years in medical aesthetics, and a BA/BS. Travel within territory; some NA and international travel; a vehicle and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics sales preferred.
• Experience selling lasers, RF, or minimally invasive tech to dermatologists/PLS.
• Proven track record of meeting quota and driving growth.
• Strong cold calling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory and drive sales through existing and new customers to increase market share.
• Conduct customer analyses to identify business needs and opportunities.
• Develop pipelines and maintain activity; perform cold calls and on-site meetings.
• Meet daily activity targets and execute the company's sales strategy.
• Maintain expertise on all products and educate customers on indications, efficacy, and safety.
• Establish and maintain positive business relationships; visit accounts regularly.
• Complete full sales cycle including contracts and quotes per guidelines.
