Job summary

Venus Concept is seeking an Area Sales Manager in Seattle, WA to grow sales of medical aesthetics devices, expand the territory, and build strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons and med spas. You will manage the full sales cycle, conduct product demonstrations, and maintain accurate CRM data.

The role requires 3–5 years of outside B2B sales, 1–3 years in medical aesthetics, a BA/BS, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent in business or relevant field.
• 3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics sales experience.
• Experience selling lasers, RF or related tech to Dermatologists/Med Spas.
• Proven track record of meeting quota and driving growth.
• Excellent cold calling, selling and negotiating skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under deadlines.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory and drive sales through existing and new customers; increase market share.
• Conduct customer analysis to understand needs and opportunities.
• Develop pipelines and ensure progression; conduct cold calls and on-site visits.
• Achieve daily activity targets (e.g., meetings, calls).
• Educate customers on product lines with demonstrations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships; visit accounts regularly.
