Job summary

Venus Aesthetic Intelligence in Charlotte/Raleigh, NC is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth of our medical aesthetics devices. You will own the territory, build relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and med spas, and meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities include cold calling, meetings, product demos, CRM data upkeep, and collaboration with Inside Sales and Clinical Training. Willingness to travel within territory and beyond as needed; relocation possible.

Qualifications

• BA/BS University Degree or equivalent in business or relevant field.
• 3–5 years outside B2B sales experience.
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics sales experience.
• Experience selling lasers, RF or minimally invasive tech to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons and Med Spas.
• Proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
• Excellent cold calling, selling and negotiation skills with ability to build relationships.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment under strict deadlines.
• Team player who can work with internal departments.
• Self-motivated with a positive, proactive mindset.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is an asset.
• Solid MS Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory and drive sales; increase customer base and market share.
• Conduct customer analysis and identify business needs and opportunities.
• Develop pipelines, maintain activity; make cold calls and on-site visits to meet goals.
• Perform daily cold calling, book meetings, and run meetings.
• Educate customers on product indications and safety; conduct product demonstrations.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships; visit accounts regularly.
• Complete full sales cycle including contracts, quotes, and terms per guidelines.
• Maintain CRM data (Salesforce) integrity and provide reports.
• Support installation at customer site per company procedures.
• Meet sales targets and forecast accurately.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and Clinical Training.
