Job summary

Victaulic Company is seeking a Territory Manager to drive outside sales across allocated accounts. You will visit job sites, meet mechanical contractors, engineers, and owners, and develop plans to win projects with Victaulic solutions.

The role requires learning our product portfolio, building relationships, and traveling to customer sites to ensure successful implementations. A bachelor's degree and prior value-added sales experience help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required on entry.
• Experience selling value-added products/services preferred in construction/PVF/mechanical fields.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers on-site and at job sites to build relationships.
• Travel to territory accounts to understand needs and present Victaulic solutions.
• Develop and execute territory plans with goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to satisfy project requirements.
• Educate customers on product value and project outcomes; support installation and commissioning.
• Build long-term relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners and participate in industry events.
