Job summary

Victaulic in Chicago, IL seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across assigned markets. You will travel regionally, build relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners, and manage full sales cycles from needs discovery to final commissioning.

You will master Victaulic’s grooved joining solutions and compete with welding or flanging methods, while developing local market strategies with the Regional Sales Manager. A bachelor’s degree and field sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and perform field-based sales.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s product line and apply solutions to projects.
• Master grooved mechanical pipe joining methods and related competitive methods.
• Identify construction cycles and target major projects.
• Develop business plans with territory goals and product promotion.
• Lead customer quotations and coordinate with internal teams.
• Build relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners.
• Deliver product demos and lunch-and-learn presentations.
