Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining innovations, is seeking a Territory Manager in the United States. You will be out on the road daily, meeting with contractors, engineers and owners, and driving growth in your territory.

You'll learn Victaulic products, understand construction cycles, and work with a Regional Sales Manager to develop plans and pursue projects from inception through final commissioning.

• Mechanical aptitude and problem solving are essential traits for field sales success.
• Self-starting drive and proactive communication help in building client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Become the expert on Victaulic's products and solutions for customers.
• Learn the grooved pipe joining industry and competitive methods to address objections.
• Identify and follow major construction, expansion or retrofit projects in your territory.
• Develop a business plan with your Regional Sales Manager, set goals and map opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners.
• Coordinate with Victaulic distributors and internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Educate customers on product value and influence decision-makers to maximize sales potential.
