Job summary

Capco Crane & Hoist, Inc. in Wisconsin is hiring a Territory Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to drive new crane equipment sales across Milwaukee and Neenah markets.

The role requires identifying opportunities, evaluating sites, building relationships with purchasing and maintenance teams, and delivering proposals to win new business while also growing existing accounts. A bachelor's degree in sales or related field and 3+ years of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales or a closely related field with 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and Sage 100 ERP.
• Knowledge of the industry within the market.
• Strong customer service orientation and/or sales background.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
• Read and interpret general business materials.
• Valid driver license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and develop a contact strategy for new business.
• Conduct site evaluations to identify opportunities, make proposals, and win business.
• Build relationships with purchasing, maintenance, and other decision makers for New Equipment sales.
• Follow up on market or customer internet leads.
• Identify opportunities for growth within assigned accounts.
• Provide quote follow-up and use sales process to win business.
• Respond to RFQs and proposal requests in a timely manner.
• Leverage resources to provide excellent customer service and product/solution offering.
• Spend time with Service Techs to understand customer relationships.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and identify new opportunities.
