Swisher is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to grow sales across South Jersey and Delaware and nearby markets. You’ll use data, insights, and structured selling to influence customer decisions, expand distribution, and drive top- and bottom-line growth.

You will lead category conversations, build strong partnerships with key accounts, and ensure in-store execution of promotions and pricing. A 20–30% travel requirement and proficiency in Excel are expected as you partner with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in CPG, retail, or distributor environments (preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel locally.
