Swisher International, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to support Billings, MT and surrounding markets. You will grow sales through data-driven insights, story-based conversations, and strategic category partnerships.

Responsibilities include expanding distribution, launching new products, and leveraging consumer intelligence to win locally. Travel locally and collaborate across distributors to execute plans and drive market share.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience in CPG/retail or distributor environments.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth Through Solution Selling by analyzing data and market trends.
• Expand Distribution & Market Presence with targeted PDIs and launches.
• Leverage Market & Consumer Intelligence to inform strategies.
• Build Strong Partnerships with key decision-makers and distributors.
• Execute with Excellence in in-store merchandising, promotions and pricing.
