Swisher is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to cover Las Vegas, NV and nearby markets. You will grow distribution, leverage data and storytelling to influence retailer decisions, and drive top-line growth in a dynamic CPG environment.

The role requires 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience, strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel and CRM/digital tools, and willingness to travel locally. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are included.

• 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in CPG, retail, or distributor environments preferred.

• Deliver fact-based recommendations that improve category performance and shopper outcomes.
• Lead customer conversations via storytelling as a category advisor, not just a supplier.
• Expand distribution and market presence across retail and wholesale accounts.
• Execute new product launches with speed to market and retailer alignment.
• Prioritize high-impact opportunities using data and territory insights.
• Maintain proactive, forward-looking recommendations and translate insights into strategies.
• Build strong partnerships with key decision-makers and distributors; drive CRM-enabled performance tracking.
