Job summary

Swisher is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to support the greater Colorado Springs area and surrounding markets. You will grow sales by leveraging data, insights, and structured selling to influence customer decisions and drive distribution.

Essentially, you will translate market trends into actionable strategies, manage key accounts, and lead cross-functional efforts with distributors to ensure successful product launches and sustained market share growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience required.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in CPG, retail, or distributor environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
