Job summary

Swisher seeks a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to support Greenville, NC and surrounding markets. You will grow sales through data-driven insights, story-telling with customers, and building strong distributor partnerships.

Responsibilities include expanding distribution, launching products quickly, and maintaining best-in-class in-store execution while using CRM and analytics tools to track performance. Must have 2+ years in customer-facing sales and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in CPG, retail, or distributor environments (preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Lead customer conversations via data storytelling and value-based selling.
• Expand distribution and market presence across retail and wholesale accounts.
• Execute new product launches with speed to market and aligned with consumer trends.
• Build strong partnerships with distributors to ensure aligned execution.
