Job summary

Swisher is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to support West Hollywood, Los Angeles and surrounding markets. You will grow sales by leveraging data, insights and structured selling to influence retailer decisions and expand distribution.

In this role you will analyze market trends, lead conversations with key decision-makers, and coordinate with distributors to ensure aligned execution. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth Through Solution Selling: analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Expand Distribution & Market Presence: increase stores receiving points of distribution and execute new product launches.
• Build Strong Customer Partnerships: develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, influence outcomes using data storytelling.
• Execute with Excellence: ensure best-in-class in-store execution of merchandising, promotions, and pricing.
