Qualifications

• Translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in CPG, retail, or distributor environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Deliver fact-based recommendations that improve category performance and shopper outcomes.
• Lead customer conversations via storytelling, as a category advisor, not just a supplier.
• Increase stores receiving points of distribution, assortment, and shelf presence across accounts.
• Execute new product launches with speed to market and aligned with consumer trends.
