Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a Territory Business Manager in Miami, FL to drive new customer growth through consultative selling and tailored service solutions. You will develop pipelines, manage onboarding with cross-functional teams, and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term customer success.

The role emphasizes prospecting, closing deals, and collaborating with Sales, Service, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience; healthcare, service based, or route-based sales experience a plus.
• Proven ability to prospect, manage a pipeline, and close new business.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven success in meeting ambitious sales targets and competitive selling.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating cross functionally.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities through phone block, cold calls, dynamics connections, emails, networking, and referrals.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance goals.
• Prepare proposals, present products, or services as tailored solutions to prospect needs, negotiate terms, and close new business deals.
• Collaborate with Service and Operations to successfully onboard new customers.
• Accurately document sales activities, pipeline stages, and forecasts.
