Crawford Thomas Recruiting seeks a Territory Business Manager to grow flooring sales in the Cleveland market. This field-based role focuses on developing new accounts and expanding relationships with commercial and residential customers.

You'll manage an established territory, identify new opportunities, coordinate with contractors and partners, and maintain accurate CRM records. Competitive base salary of $90,000 plus total compensation around $130,000 with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to identify, develop, and secure new customer accounts.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales activity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Strong organizational skills and a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory through account development, retention, and new business acquisition.
• Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new commercial and residential customers.
• Build relationships with customers, contractors, trade partners, and industry professionals.
• Assist customers with product selection, specifications, pricing, and orders.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM.
