Job summary

Engineered Floors LLC is seeking a Sales Territory Manager to drive revenue across a defined geography. You will initiate and grow accounts, build strong customer relationships, and present our flooring solutions with a focus on profitable, repeatable sales.

Qualifications

• Ability to establish and maintain relationships.
• Outside sales experience required; experience in industry sales preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and establish new accounts to increase sales.
• Develop knowledge and enthusiasm for product lines.
• Inform District or Regional Manager of potential problems or issues of concern.
• Demonstrate skills in overcoming adversity and temporary disadvantages.
• Discover customer needs and/or reservations.
• Demonstrate perseverance, tenacity, and grit in pursuing sales.
• Exhibit excellence in presentation and sales skills with organized, efficient account management, and a plan for each account.
• Use samples and other sales tools with proficiency.
• Use technical skills to operate a paperless management of sales and accounts.
• Submit all reports and inquiry responses accurately and on-time.
